Added integration and unit tests covering complete OTP generation, validation, rate limiting, and database operations. Maintained strict compliance with test architecture rules, restricting file changes solely to the tests directory. Tests utilize a database isolation pattern using TRUNCATE, and ensure complete concurrent safety behavior verification via pcntl_fork. Caught RedisException and marked the test as skipped if the Redis server goes away during tests, addressing sporadic CI failure while testing the Rate Limiter with ext-redis. Co-authored-by: Maatify <130119162+Maatify@users.noreply.github.com>
Replaced TRUNCATE with DELETE in DatabaseTestCase to prevent implicit transaction commits that break PdoTransactionManager boundaries. Switched from Redis KEYS to SCAN for safely cleaning and finding keys in RedisRateLimiterTest.
