Mac's Sea Dragon Pack: Pre-release 3

changes:
-Increased the height of each stage fuel tanks
-increased torque on Main engine
-Increased first stage fuel tank storage to 200% (because it wasn't holding enough)

New parts:

-Sea Dragon TVC engine

an engine that is mounted directly to the side of the bottom of the second stage to provide additional control
Note: currently does not provide usable thrust when mounted in this manner due to the actual thrust not being aligned with the nozzle

Thrust: 400 tons
Mass: 20 tons
ISP: 290 seconds
[does not have gimbling animation due to the real engine having a Methane Injection Thrust vectoring system]

TVC Engine Aero covers
