/pyreload or /pyrestart doesn't change command code

when editing a command the changes aren't updated I have to issue /reload to update

You mean for commands you've added manually using the Python API? I guess that's expected, as you're 'responsible' for unregistering them first. Keeping track of added comments could be possible, but users would still be able to go straight through the Bukkit API and register commands there, which would be harder to track. I fear this is a #wontfix for now
