RevivalSide v0.3.1

RevivalSide v0.3.1 is rebuilt from the previous v0.3.0 line plus the Discord auth removal changes only. Setup downloads the release manifest and payload directly from GitHub release assets, and Launcher starts the local listener directly without Discord entitlement checks. DownloadSide/Fly hosting is disabled and not used by this release.
