Workarounds, fixes, additions & removals

• Workaround implemented for a lot of sources due to libkhax not being updated for these sources
• Corbenik and r3tools removed
• Shadownand, Shadownand Installer, Homebr3w, enctitlekeys.bin-updater, 3DSident, Hourglass9UI were all added
• Tons of bug fixes
