I want to set it on Android so that notifications won't be shown when an app is running in the foreground. Just like the presentList, presentBadge, and presentBanner in the iOS configuration. Is there any way to do this?

No there isn't and if it's something you're after then you would need to submit a PR for it

@cnvvtn, try using the AppLifecycleListener with the onStateChanged() method, and you'll be notified when the app goes from the foreground to background. You can then set a true/false variable to decide whether to show the notification in your main app logic
