Bug Report

Name Severity Example test case Description
Incorrect Rate Limiting High Multiple users on the same network are all rate limited if one user exceeds the limit. The rate limiter uses the IP address instead of the user ID, causing rate limiting to be applied across all users sharing the same IP address. The intended behavior is to rate limit each user individually.

Poem

🚀
Rate limits now in place,
To keep our meetings safe in space.
Ten per minute, that’s the cap,
No more server overload trap!
Code moves fast, but not too free—
Now we scale responsibly.

Bug Report

Name Severity Example test case Description
Pro User Check Validation Medium Create a user without a customer object. Attempt to access the meet creation endpoint. The isProCustomer function does not properly validate the customer object and its properties, which might lead to unexpected behavior or errors if the customer object is missing or invalid. A missing customer object can happen when the Autumn customer record has not been created for a user.
Autumn Initialization Low Examine server logs for any performance degradation or inconsistencies related to Autumn functionality. The Autumn instance is created on each request to /autumn and when getting the session, which might lead to performance issues and potential inconsistencies.
