Extends the available tag commands with more options related to Arduino development. Adds tags for level shifters, debouncing, analog read, motor control, and PWM.
Adds 'wiki' to the list of available tag options.

Wow, a lot to read through, but I think I might also add a tag with links to lastminuteengineers.com, cplusplus.com, cprogramming.com and the electronics series at tutorialspoint.com (getting started) @MaderDash should we add parts for troubleshooting the ArduinoUD itself? Like maybe adding user to dialout & setting perms on chrome-sandbox in Linux...and getting everything moved out of OneDrive in Windows? |

Adding the tag for wokwi, I am trying to add some of the features but if there are more things you feel we should add them feel free to add or edit this how you want. @robherc
