Add "Feature not yet implemented" alert

If feature is not yet implemented and user clicked on such component on UI -> display alert "Feature not yet implemented"

For example, Edit message is not implemented yet, so display alert if user clicks on it, same for Reply

Or alternatively, implement missing features
