Local "upload" for files that are already in the system

Hey - just found this project and I'm really impressed, this is exactly what I've been looking for!

I'm running ViTransfer on a VPS with a NAS mounted, and a lot of the videos I export for client reviews already end up on that server. It'd be super helpful to skip the re-uploading and just import them directly.

What I'm thinking:

Let me mount my export folder (like /mnt/Projects) and then in project settings, I could point to a subfolder like /Project01/Export/Review. ViTransfer could watch that folder and auto-import any new videos it finds.

As a bonus, if it could recognize versions from the filename (like video_01.mp4, video_02.mp4).

Even cooler would be if client uploads and comments could sync back to a folder on my NAS - that way I've got everything in one place for archiving.

This would honestly set ViTransfer apart from other solutions I've looked at. Would be stoked if this was possible!

I do understand this but at this point, I do not see myself committing time and resource to add this feature.
Happy to take a PR and evaluate it to see if we can merge it.
