Fix the UT link in the docs to point to the UT channel

UT link was pointing to our feature request thread for adding UT support, which only had a link to UT's old future-game-design thread. Updated to be a link to UT's newer channel in the AP Discord server instead.

Would rather send them to the Discord channel so that users are also aware of where to ask for help with UT, in case they struggle to get it set up. Otherwise, they'll be asking in our Discord instead.

We have enough issues with people coming into our server who aren't in the main server for me to trust a non-invite discord link to be effective.
