This is a follow-up to the feedback on #169, which I hadn't come back to yet.
That PR fixed the broken Discord link to Universal Tracker with an updated Discord link, and it was requested that the GitHub link be added as well. While I still want to steer users to the Discord link (as mentioned in that original PR), this PR also adds the GitHub link to give users more options in case they aren't part of the AP Discord (as mentioned in the feedback on the original PR).
Also fixed some references to
lib/worldson this same page by updating them tocustom_worlds.Also adds instructions for the Players yamls, since that was not present. (Required for UT to function currently.)
