Is it that titlebar text glow effect is not complete and needs other tools to perfect that?

DWMBG ver 2.3.2 beta 3
Win 10 22H2
Aero 10 theme

I use only DWMBG, not with AWM or any other tools, and I feel that the titlebar text glow effect is not right, or say is not the perfect effect as Win 7 would do, the glow is more like shadow around the text but not a area glow,
I went through issues and I found few discussions, then do I need other tools to finish the glow effect? Or I miss some config which is only accessible in the config ini?
#12 here is one discussion back at 2024 and the effect was better than what I see now
