Thanks for the report again. Looks like the Spotlight extension is working, but the Media extensions may not be enabled. What do these settings look like?

Please note that I'm using Infuse as my media player. I feel that it's not being picked up!

I uninstalled the QLVideo app which I had installed using a dmg file and reinstalled via Homebrew: now the media extensions are missing:

Re-run the QuickLook Video app, as recommended here.

I uninstalled the QLVideo version via brew (as it appears to not install the media extensions) and re-installed QLVideo using the dmg. I unchecked all of QLVideo's extensions and rebooted my system. I then checked all of QLVideo's extensions, opened QLVideo and did a Refresh. I had previously installed IINA as the default app for WebM and MKV files. Changes have appeared, but still no thumbnail or preview.
