| Once the files for an assignment have been collected, the marking state of the submission will change from "Not Collected" to "In Progress". | ||

| **During Late Period Collection** - Submission collection can be done during the late period, however students can still submit after the marking and prior to the late period is over. If you want to mark the most recent submission prior to the late period being over, you would need to manually go through the submissions to see if students submitted again, as there are no filters to identify them. |

This is good, but I'd like you to modify the placement as follows:
- Move this note to under point 1 above ("Collect most recent files submitted, regardless of assignment due date or late period").
- Add it in quote form, similar to the "NOTE:" about scanned exams below this. This will make the warning stand out a bit more.

Description
This instruction will notify that submissions can be collected during the late period. However, we need to be aware that students can still submit after the marking, and prior the late period is over. If you want to mark the latest submission prior to the late period being over, you would need to manually go through the submissions to see if students submitted again, as there are no filters to identify them.
