Summary

Extract title from frontmatter and prepend as # Title in markdown output
Previously the title was lost when stripping frontmatter

Test plan

curl https://www.marketdata.app/docs/api/options/chain.md starts with # Option Chain
cd worker && yarn test passes (31 tests)
