I want to be able to use the on-board wifi chip of Pi Pico W (RP2040 + CYW43439)

Yes. Raspberry Pi Pico W board has CYW43439 wifi chip on-board. It seems to be connected via SPI.
Describe the feature you want
Add support for the onboard WiFi functionality of the Raspberry Pi Pico W using the CYW43439 WiFi chip. This would allow Marlin to use the integrated WiFi capabilities without requiring additional ESP8266/ESP32 cards.
