each action is triggered by a specific keybind, and functions (like saving) can be connected to those actions
switched from storing and returning QActions to QShortcuts for simplicity of implementation and use of keybind manager class
because it no longer needs to make connections between QShortcuts and QActions
circuitviewwidget no longer has need for keypressevent functions because it uses new keybind manager system
