Add-on for guide_bot that allows for coating and price optimizations of neutron guides.
To run CoatingWriter:
- Keep all files (including subfolders) in path of matlab when running guide_bot to add the "add_coatingwriter" files to the simulation folders.
- Choose options and run the "add_coatingwriter" script
- Run the _ifit script in the guide folder to make an optimization and analysis of the result
Modes "manual" and "TEST" are not working at this point in time. Avoid using these in current release.
