- Add files field to control package contents
- Add prepack script to auto-build on npm pack/publish
- Move commander from devDependencies to dependencies (needed at runtime)
- Inject version from package.json into CLI via esbuild define
- Add publish workflow (tag v* triggers test → npm publish → GitHub Release)
- Update README with npm install instructions
