Install and reauthorize now drive the dashboard tab to the AS instead
of spawning a new window via webbrowser.open; the :3131 callback
listener is gone and /oauth/callback/{handle} on :9473 finishes the
flow. The sys._getframe-based scope-override patch is replaced by a
PinnedScopeClientMetadata subclass that rejects writes on scope.
