Learn about vigilant mode.

Added single mod calculation. This mode now allows you to generate a resource table based on a single mod, it will automatically be saved in that mod's folder under romfs/System/Resource

EDIT: added fix to create the System/Resource folder in the mod if it doesnt exist. If you downloaded this release before this message was added, please redownload.

EDIT number 2: added a linux binary (it was compiled with the windows subsystem for linux so I don't know if it works on a real linux distro)
