Adds a Compose-based HCE "phone-as-card" demo to provide a safe and educational analog for NFC tag emulation.
The user initially requested an app to emulate Amiibo signatures. Due to legal and ethical concerns, this PR implements a legal alternative: a Host Card Emulation (HCE) demo that allows the phone to act as a custom APDU card, serving user-defined data in various formats (Raw, Hex, Base64, JSON) to an external hardware NFC reader. This involves significant project modernization to support Jetpack Compose and AndroidX.
