Pull new version with new tests
patient and provider dashboards are only visible when logged in, if not logged in, trying to access redirects to welcome.
added hyperlink underline when hovering
add redirects for non-authenticated requests of patient and provider dashboards.
Added patient and provider models that can be linked to unique users, and many patients are connected to one provider. Configured a signal receiver that makes a new provider model entry for every new registered user.
changes installed app 'providers' to 'providers.apps.ProvidersConfig'
