Read map is not working

Hello,
I have built the application on my iPhone, with fixed API keys but still after I create map and upload successfully, I needed to restart application and say read map. But when I say read map only camera opens and nothing else happens. What do I need to do? Because even in placenote, my saved location uploaded already.

I tried as you shown in this tutorial, after create map it showing successfully updated..!!.. after that nothing happening..i tried relaunch the app and tap on road map after that it's not showing any thing can please tel me what i am missing...???Any one pls help me

Did you guys needs to rebuild the app in a new Unity project? When I tried to build this project to my Iphone Unity would not let me because I was not a member of the project.

I'm having the same issue. I'm not sure if this problem occured because my mygrating to newer placenote SDK by deleting some code in the project or because building it in IOS 12.
The CREATE MAP scene also didn't show the point cloud as it should.

I got the app working guys!
I used the old placenote SDK in the project, selected build target to IOS11 and did not delete code to migrate version and the app worked fine now. The only downside is that old placenote version need a lot of time to localize a map.

@eswarborra Idk, Just the one already in the project. This version still had ARframe buffer in the code. I'm working on updating the SDK to decrease the time for scaning and localizing map

@Nolkeg you mean even read map is working? I have changed the build target ios11 on Xcode and also I have changed the framework as in the video mentioned. But "read map" didnt work. Did it work for you?

Mine worked, just downloaded from here and changed API keys. I made a very small map. I agree with improving speed to localize and also add a dropdown menu to select destination. Right now it works with one destination it seems.

@jahillegas what was your iOS and unity version? Also after uploading map and then read map what are you doing exactly? Because for me after click on read map, camera opens and does nothing.

I already did the drop down destination. Improved localization and upgrade to latest SDK

@azaphiel @Zhenru97 I was able to solve this...
It can happen due to reasons mentioned below

• If you have not added the placenote key in both the scenes
• If you have not saved them, So after adding the placenote key, you must press Ctrl+S to save them explicitly.
• If at single location you may have uploaded multiple paths.
• If you may have not set the proper destination.
• If you are facing internet issues.
