Hey,
I just got the idea when tinkering with all the recent options to add a bit of flexibility.
Right now the "go to page" is basically a dead tile with a single purpose.
It would be cool to use light groups (like livingroom, bedroom, kitchen...) as a light entity and have this option on the card:
That way you could turn on/off (single touch), dim the light group with a slider (drag on tile), open the group light settings with a long tap and control individual lights of the group when double tap (if possible), when it jumps into the living room page with individual lights.
It would also be nice to add double function to the clock or settings tile.
Right now there is a bug that the settings button shows up as a clock in the preview and also has the clock options:
It would be cool to just add the clock and have the option to jump to a different screen (maybe active timer entity for the kitchen) or map the clock button to the screen settings, freeing up the UI and giving more flexibility in UI navigation.
Button card has some pretty nice options to map the actions, I think this would also benefit the overall functionality.
Touching icons opens options or pages, the rest of the button turns a light on or off to the last state, dragging the slider dims the light. If double tap would be an option you could choose it would create even more flexibility.
What do you think? Is this something worth to look into?
Keep up the great work :)
