Configurable Background

Hello,
it would be nice to be able to set the color of the page background and textcolor. The cherry on top of the cake will be an own background image to be set.

Why not some kind of lightweight theming?
Colorscheme, background image and font

Edit: If the screen elements are LVGL widgets then a simple gradient function for the background colors would be nice.
