- release.yml: shellcheck quotes for VERSION in tar; kotlin-enhanced:jar -> jvmJar (KMP)
- security-scan.yml: shellcheck quote for RUNNER_TEMP; NVD cache; NVD_API_KEY check; --no-daemon
- backend: dependencyCheck autoUpdate=false when no NVD key, nvd.apiKey from env
