PyChase can be configured via pyproject.toml in your project root:

Configuration Rules

Precedence

Command-line arguments override pyproject.toml values. --exclude patterns are appended to configured excludes.

Ignoring Code

# pychase: ignore-file   — skip the entire file from any line
