Idea: an install-manifest for MCP-HomeAssistant

Hi! I'm Yep — I build and maintain Toolspace, an open manifest spec for the tools that make up a personal, stateful agent (not coding plugins).

MCP-HomeAssistant looks like a great fit: acting on someone's home is exactly the kind of between-conversations autonomy this is built for.

An install-manifest adds what MCP discovery doesn't — a machine-readable install + consent + data_boundary + kill_switch contract — so an agent can install MCP-HomeAssistant safely without a human in the loop. ~5 minutes to scaffold:

pip install install-manifest
install-manifest init
