Add Recruiting Content: Added Notification

• When content is added to a profile (letter, email, call, etc.) we need to let the user know it has been added
• In the same window where the user searches for school, let's add a short notification to the top of the window such as 'Letter has been added from Xschool'
• Do this for every type of content (letter, email, call, etc) and for every school
• This will improve the user experience as they will no longer wonder if it was successfully added or not
