This action is unmaintained. Every invocation now exits 1 with a workflow
error annotation and a migration notice pointing at
McTalian-WoW-Addons/wow-build-tools/toc/update, which is actively
maintained and supports client lines this action never will, including
WoW Forever (1.60.x).

The inputs are kept as declarations so consumers get the notice rather
than an unknown-input warning.

BREAKING CHANGE: the action no longer updates TOC files. Migrate to
McTalian-WoW-Addons/wow-build-tools/toc/update@v1 — addonDir becomes
addon-dir, beta/ptr take the strings "true"/"false", and flavor is gone
(the flavor is read from the TOC files).
