A focused usability update that makes Kiro session IDs visible exactly where they are needed.

What's new

• Every Kiro IDE and Kiro CLI session row now displays its full session ID.
• The workspace picker now displays the latest full session ID for each workspace.
• The numeric selection column is now labeled # instead of ID, removing ambiguity between row numbers and actual session IDs.

Verification

• Python compilation passed.
• Real Kiro CLI session rendering confirmed the full UUID appears correctly.
