[Possible Roadmap] Generate SKILL guidance from successful workflows

## Idea
Use successful runs and shipped jobs to draft or refine `SKILL.md` guidance for how agents should use a module.

## Why it is interesting
- closes the loop between usage and guidance
- turns working practice into reusable onboarding material
- very aligned with the agent-first nature of the project
