Client required a starter landing page for a first portfolio website. The guidelines were to set up the site using HTML and CSS with working internal navigation links, as well as contact links and to external websites highlighting past work and i nthe event as a coding newbie there was not an existing portfolio to use funtioning links to placeholder sites.
