Sharing a small tool I've been using: a local dashboard for looking at a palace, not editing it.
Background: I kept wanting to actually look at my memory — what's in there, whether the diary is still being written, what the knowledge graph looks like. Reading it through CLI/MCP output is fine for one-off checks, but it's spread out, and I didn't want a tool with write access anywhere near my memory. So this only reads.
It's a small FastAPI + vanilla JS app that runs on localhost. Nine views: overview, structure browser, semantic search, knowledge graph, palace map, diary, coordination (logstream), operations, and memory audit.
The two I use most:
Audit. One click gets you an issue list with counts, a 30-day write heatmap, a stall check for diary/lessons/decisions, the wake-up preview text an agent actually receives, duplicate and empty drawer detection, KG expiry ratio, and a small retrieval self-test.
Knowledge graph. Auto-fits the whole graph when it opens, even with a hundred-plus nodes. Solid lines are facts; dashed lines are places where a fact's text literally names another entity — only literal mentions, nothing inferred.
On the read-only part: it's enforced, not a promise. The code calls only whitelisted read tools plus read-only CLI commands, and there's an automated test that fails if a write tool ever gets added. It talks to the hub when one is up and falls back to stdio/CLI when it isn't, so it works either way.
Runs locally only (127.0.0.1, no auth, no telemetry). Python 3.10+, tested against mempalace 3.10, UI in English and Chinese.

If you try it and the audit misses something you'd care about, I'd like to know what to add.
