File Submissions

Added a way to submit files (Limit 10MB, can be higher) and store them in a directory (not a table)

To test:

1. go to Assignment Viewer
2. first text box is Student name
3. second text box is Assignment name
4. attach file (limit 10 MB)
5. Submit

To verify:

1. go to /volumes/{studentName}/{assignmentName}/{file} in SchaalBackend
