Add support for Gitea actions

Would it be possible to add support for Gitea actions since they are meant to be quite similar to GitHub actions?

That should work out of the box as long as they report as checks in GitHub. Is that the case?

My ambition is to fully migrate from GitHub to Gitea. I could probably do something like report checks in GitHub as an interim but I don't see why Gitea could not have the same support as GitLab and Bitbucket?

Gitea is a completely different API, and we have no plan to support other platforms for Workflow Automation or Merge Queue other than GitHub.
