Fix gallery hotreload

I just build the gallery and the hotreload feature does not seem to work. It would be great to get it working and make it work automagically when you build the project.

I remember when I talked with Lukas last time he mentioned that we have this hot reload somewhat complicated as setup and we would not need to copy the QML files to build dir ? but that is my random memory , so maybe it is not relevant anymore
