This PR adds automatic deployment to google play store for android builds. A specific URL is generated in run summary which can be directly clicked from the device to download the specific version.

How about merging this to 7.0/master? It does not have any impact on the app itself.

I can imagine putting the google_play_key json into scripts/ci/android, maybe together with Input_keystore.keystore.enc... the question is if we could put all the fastlane files there 🤔

I moved the encrypted files to scripts/ci/android folder, but I kept fastlane in the project root folder. It doesn't really make sense to me to move it into android folder as it should support all platforms. Also looks like the docs recommend to keep it in the root folder so for now I would keep it there.
