Updated visuals of the filters panel

[gabriel-bolbotina]

For this PR:

• created new primitive filter input component according to figma
• created a component for each filter type that contains the title of the field, some logic for range/ dates/ boolean
• modified segment control to have customisable text options
• removed layer filter section and flattened out all the fields to be in filters panel
• refactored filters panel to use a loader to the components made.

• should the filters panel draw all the way to the bottom of the screen
