Quartz Launcher v0.1.0-prealpha

Pre-alpha desktop build of Quartz Launcher for testing.

What’s new

  • Added expanded Quartz Index support with remote Geode entries.
  • Quartz Index now includes hundreds of Geode-compatible mods.
  • Added remote Geode install support.
  • Installing a remote Geode mod now downloads the .geode, wraps it into a .quartz package, validates it, installs it, enables it, and syncs the Quartz runtime.
  • Added a Refresh Index button inside the app.
  • Improved install button behavior and error handling.
  • Fixed website download links to point to the correct GitHub repo.
  • Improved prerelease build ignores to reduce unnecessary bundled files.

Current status

Quartz-native runtime skeleton and API test work are included.

Actual Geometry Dash native loading/injection is not implemented yet. Geode compatibility is still used while Quartz-native support grows.

Notes

This is an early pre-alpha release. Expect bugs, missing features, and large build sizes while the launcher is still being developed.

Quartz Launcher v0.1.0 Pre-Alpha

This is an early pre-alpha tester build of Quartz Launcher.

Quartz Launcher is a Geometry Dash mod launcher built around the .quartz package format, Quartz-native mod testing, package validation, and clean mod management.

Important Notes

  • This is a pre-alpha build for testing only.
  • macOS build is unsigned.
  • Quartz-native runtime testing exists, but actual Geometry Dash native loading/injection is not finished yet.
  • Geode compatibility packages are supported while Quartz-native support continues to grow.
  • Some features may change, break, or be removed before public alpha.
