feat: Add interactive TUI mode

## Description
Add a terminal-based interactive UI for browsing schema differences.

## Motivation
Users want a more user-friendly way to review changes before applying.

## Ideas
- Use Bubble Tea or tview
- Step through changes one by one
- Select which changes to include
- Preview SQL in real-time
