[Feature]: Wait for next GPS update before ping

**Description:**
In the Active, Passive, and Hybrid modes it would be nice to have the ping wait until the next GPS position update. I've noticed that the ping can get recorded in one grid at the same time as GPS updates, putting me in a completely different grid by the time the listening phase starts.
