A few tiny tweaks after which it would be good to do a full test. I've "installed" a development version of the mip_tables under /net/home/h03/cdds/etc/mip_tables/CMIP6Plus/testing

I've had a deeper look at this and given how far this goes I'm happy -- There are going to be mip tables which are not yet included here, but I think we can hold them for a later issue.
