Release notes

First port of CDDS from Met Office SRS Trac environment to github & JIRA

• Updated code reporting version number to use git hashes rather than svn revisions (CDDS-93)
• Fixed processor that failed in iris following the v2 -> v3 update (v2.2.0), affects a number of variables in Emon table named *Lut (CDDS-109)
