What problem does your feature request solve?
With further CSET development, the rose edit GUI is not in 100% intuitive order
Describe the solution you'd like
Proposal to update metadata as follows:
Will review metadata labelling to make easier to insert new tabs/sections.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not hugely urgent change, but useful to maintain gui layout ordering under routine review to ensure intuitive for users, and clear where things 'slot in' for new developers.
