Modification to LFRic Upgrade Macros

Hi All,

After a bit of reflection we've made a modification to how the Upgrade Macros work in LFRic.
We are now no longer removing the macros that have been added to science rose metadata sections, instead keeping all macros in all files where they are imported. This will cause some extra overhead when merging to trunk, or updating a branch but we feel the advantages of keeping the full history in each file outweigh this.
No action should be required from developers, other than to update any clone of the SimSys_Scripts repo you may have.
