ANTS 2.1.0 Release

ANTS 2.1.0 is now available.

A major driver for this release is to port ANTS to new platforms. There are known numeric differences in results between platforms. As a consequence, KGOs have been removed from the repository, and are now generated on a platform by platform basis. Given the nature of these updates, any branches in progress will need to be rebranched from head of trunk. If you need advice, please contact the MIAO inbox: miao@metoffice.gov.uk.

As part of this release, both ANTS and Contrib rose stem are now cylc 8 only.
