ANTS 3.0.0 and UG-ANTS 0.4.0 released and public on github

I'm pleased to announce that ANTS 3.0 and UG-ANTS 0.4.0 are now released and public on github.

These are primarily porting releases for the move from MOSRS to github (so if you were using ANTS 2.2 you should be fine to move to 3.0 and if you were using UG-ANTS 0.3.1 you should be fine to move to 0.4.0). Historic versions of ANTS/UG-ANTS will continue to be available through MOSRS.

Given the nature of these updates, any branches in progress will need to be recreated on GitHub - no branches have been or will be migrated from MOSRS to GitHub.
